When will I be charged for my order?

Customers are charged for their orders within 24 hours of their purchase.

How soon will I receive my item(s)?

Due to the holiday season, items will arrive in 2 to 14 business days. 

Will I receive a tracking number for my order?

All customers receive tracking numbers for their orders in their order confirmation email.

What should I do if I wish to receive status updates?

If you wish to receive status updates on your order, please contact the carrier that will be delivering your order. Most carriers have options for receiving delivery status updates.

What actions do I take if I receive a damaged item?

If you notice that you have received a damaged item upon its delivery, please note the damage when signing for delivery. If you note any damage, please send photos of the damage to returns@purondtfiltration.com and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf.

If I am dissatisfied with my order, what can I do?

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please email us at orders@purondtfiltration.com and we will work with you to resolve the issue. Please note that all orders canceled after 48 hours of their purchase are subject to a $20 administration fee, and that you (the buyer) are responsible for covering the cost of the item's return.
